Its located on a very calm residential area near the south of the city but not far the important places like Plaza del Sol Shopping Mall and Expo Guadalajara Convention Center. Also is very near two most important avenues in Guadalajara, Lopez Mateos and Mariano Otero.
This marvelous place is in the 1st floor with wide wood stairs and has 1 king Bedroom with its own bathroom. It also have a studio with a sofa-bed that you can help you fit up to four people in total.
All services are included, AC, fast WIFI, Solar Water heater, independent access, Microwave oven, full Oven, Washing machine and tons of wood finishing areas.
It has a magnificent terrace in the back with table and chairs to spend a splendid afternoon with friends or family.
The owner is a Watercolor Artist and Experienced Interior Designer, so you can imagine how beautiful it is.

This was a most comfortable place to stay. Beautiful patio for breakfast and sun. The owners were fantastic. Never a bother but always ready to answer any question and when I wanted to have a conversation they were always welcoming and friendly. I think they will remain friends. The apt. was very nice and comfortable. in an upscale middle class neighborhood, convenient to every thing you need. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this place to stay. Best I have ever had in Guadalajara.

A Beautiful Apartment with Terrace description perfectly describes the apartment.
A good neighbourhood.
If you're looking to experience Guadalajara as a resident this accommodation fulfills the lifestyle.
Close to all amenities with the added pleasure of very pleasant hosts living on the lower floor providing assistance and information about the area (along with their families!).
Water colour art work within the apartment are painted by the wife of the couple.
We purchased two of the many paintings that are on display.
Highly recommend this property.
