Stay in a spacious 2-bedroom 1-bathroom condo during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ at Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums in Midtown and Buckhead. Located just one block from Peachtree Street, this property offers easy access to MARTA for direct travel to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
“The Bigger Awesome” condo includes two private bedrooms, a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, premium bedding, fast WiFi, and a Roku HDTV for streaming matches. The layout is ideal for groups, families, or friends traveling together.

Pets
We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.
Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.
Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $75 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $75 per month.
During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification
All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.
The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.
Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie
BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

We booked this location to stay while working on a project in the area for a client. It was great to have a host who was so attentive and have the comforts of home while away from home.

We stayed with a good friend in order to see some of Atlanta's highlights. But it wa so nice to come back to the apartment after a long day of sightseeing, sit in the living room and chat about everything we'd seen and learned. Super clean, super well-equipped, super comfy. Our go-to spot for visits to Atlanta.

Response from BCA is prompt however there were some issues with the apartment that I didn't experience during my last stay. I can understand how it would be difficult to address these issues during our stay as it was the Christmas holiday.
The fan for the air/heat was loud as I experienced last time, however this time we weren't able to turn it off. It feeds out directly into the living room and can be fairly disruptive to watching tv and general conversation. But it is nothing compared to the (clothes) washing machine. That sounds like a jet engine and we suspect is an issue with the bearings. This was the worst issue with the apartment this time. There's no getting around this; you can't shut a door to block it and it does make watching tv (without subtitles) impossible, and there's no conversation that can occur either, as it runs through the cycle. I thought for sure people would complain but perhaps we didn't share any walls with anyone so no one was bothered?
The apartment experience was best for my reason of being in Atlanta (medical) so I still find BCA a better option than a hotel but these were big issues for me and my family.
We already notified BCA but our kitchen floor was sticky and that seemed to spread out into the living areas.
A suggestion I have, and this is related solely to my reason for being there (medical) and it's proximity to the hospital, would be to have a recliner available.
In summary, this is a fantastic resource for those visiting Atlanta for medical reasons and the folks at BCA are wonderful to work with. But my recent visit was clouded by the insanely loud washer along with the air/heat fan.
(Note: their was no drain board under the sink so we used a towel for the last few dishes to dry on)
