It is simply but functionally furnished and has a covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The location of the apartment is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday right by the sea (300 m). Ladispoli is also home to the natural oasis of Torre Flavia, a centre for ornithologists and birdwatching enthusiasts, who will even have the opportunity to observe the flight of migratory birds. Art and culture lovers must plan a detour to the eternal city of Rome (30 km), which is rich in monuments and definitely worth a visit: the 16th-century Fontana di Trevi. The 16th century Fontana di Trevi, which even appears in Fellini's La dolce vita, the imposing Colosseum, considered the symbol of the city, Piazza di Spagna, together with Campo dei Fiori (where a large fruit and vegetable market is held), is one of the most beautiful squares in the city, and of course Piazza Navona, with Bernini's Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi. Piazza San Pietro, also a masterpiece by Bernini, is unmissable. For those planning a day at the lake: Lago di Bracciano is just 35 kilometres away. The city of Viterbo, with the Palazzo dei Papi and the medieval neighbourhood of San Pelligrino, 90 km.
