This 3 bedroom townhouse with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, offers quiet comfortable luxury, panoramic views, ski-in/ski-out access, shared hot tub and underground parking.
The Bluffs is located in the popular yet tranquil Taluswood neighbourhood perched above the Whistler Creekside village providing spectacular views down the valley. The unit is an easy 3 minute walk to the slopes, just off the Dave Murray run and the Creekside gondola.
The complex features a common hot tub just down around 30 steps from the unit.
The Bluffs #5 has unassigned parking within a secure underground parkade.
You will enjoy a bright and open living space featuring high vaulted ceilings, large south west-facing windows, gas fireplace, and a deck off the dining room. The main floor has a comfortable living room, a dining room that easily accommodates people, and a well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are located on the main floor, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds that can be combined to make a king bed. The private master bedroom is on the third floor with an en-suite bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in closet.
The Bluffs is ideal for families or up to three couples who are looking for a place that is nestled in the mountains providing a feeling of being away from it all, while providing easy access to the slopes and being in close proximity to Whistler’s two villages. We were looking for somewhere special for a family Christmas and this property delivered. It was an instant hit with family members the minute we walked in. Warm, cosy, but with plenty of space. Amazing views across the valley when the weather allows. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and the living space equipped with books and games. Great communication from Eric beforehand with excellent instructions. The parkade was fantastic as it snowed every day we were there!

The property was spacious, well equipped and everything was very clean. The kitchen was great for cooking family meals. We enjoyed the shared hot tub. The neighbourhood is quiet and with a short walk down the street, you can see the Olympic Rings and access downhill skiing.

We had a great stay in Whistler. The condo was perfect. Clean and plenty of amenities. We had a little bump with check-in, but Eric was very responsive and we got it all figured out. Would stay there again!
