You'll have a patio and a grassy lawn right outside your door, as well as spectacular views of sailboat races, holiday fireworks, and the twinkle of city lights across Penn Cove. Wake up to the sun rising over the water each morning, and spend your days kayaking, crabbing, and paddleboarding from the nearby community beach. Return back to comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, a TV, and a kitchenette with bar seating. The shared hot tub is the perfect space to unwind before getting a good night's rest - another great day sits on the horizon!
This comfortable property faces eastward, allowing it to receive the warmth of the morning sun. It's a short stroll (or a quick, easy drive downhill) to the community's private beach. This home is also close to the charming shops and restaurants in downtown Coupeville (three miles west), the stunning waterfront hiking trail at Ebey's Landing (five miles west), Fort Casey State Park (six miles south), the ever-popular Whidbey Pies Cafe at Greenbank Farm (nine miles south), and darling downtown Langley (24 miles southeast).
