Our house is quietly located in the Spadici settlement in Porec, which is Istria's most popular and most visited vacation region. The beach, shopping, and sports facilities are all about 500 m away. Our family lives in the house, and we speak good English and German. The comfortable vacation apartment has modern furnishings, and is well equipped with complete cooking utensils, crockery, a coffee machine, a toaster, and an electric kettle. The apartment includes a spacious balcony, satellite TV, a CD player, and a telephone with a direct outside line. The apartment has air-conditioning and a lockable parking spot in front of the house.

We really enjoyed our holidays in Porec. Tina and Drago are really kind and helpful. You can find everything you need in the appartment. Especially for couples, who likes it a little bit more quiet, it is a perfect location in the touristic city of Porec. Thank you Tina and Drago for the beautiful time at our house.

Wir haben die Dachgeschosswohnung mit Meerblick bekommen. Der Blick war jeden Tag aufs Neue wunderschön. Der überdachte Balkon ist sehr groß und man kann bei jedem Wetter draussen sitzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Sie ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Restaurants sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto super erreichbar. Der Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für uns war es ein sehr entspannter und schöner Urlaub bei Tina und Drago. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nette Vermieter, gute Informationen. Man kann selbstgemachtes Olivenöl und Schnaps bei drago erwerben. Sehr lecker. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und günstig gelegen. Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Grosser Balkon, grillen ist im Garten möglich. Klimaanlage vorhanden, bräuchten wir aber nicht, da die Wohnung so gut isoliert ist, dass es immer angenehm temperiert war. Wellness möglich, es gibt einen tollen whirlpool und Sauna, sowie Massage. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen

Meine Frau,meine beiden Jungs( 5 und 8 Jahre) und Ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sehr saubere,gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit allem drum und dran (TV,DVD etc... vor allem WLan) es war wie daheim, reinkommen, auspacken und wohlfühlen.Abends am Balkon die Ruhe beim Bierchen einfach geniessen.Die Gastgeber Tina und Drago sind einfach cool.Kurz geschrieben, wenn man nach Porec will dann nur "Villa Tina".Wenn wir wieder mal nach Porec fahren ist für uns klar dass wir zu Tina fahren.
