For shared use: garden. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 400 m. Tennis, cable car 2 km, ski lift 1 km, ski bus stop 400 m, children's playground 50 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The owner lives on the same property. Wir wollten die Dolomiten, die Nationalparks der Umgebung abseits des Massentourismus erkunden. Mit einem sehr freundlichen, urigen und offenen Vermieter, einer guten Lage um Ausflüge aller Art zu machen, waren wir rundum zufrieden! Der See war zwar fast leer, aber wer in den Alpen wohnt, weiß, dass manche Stauseen eben erst volllaufen müssen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen Herrn Vallata alles Gute! Danke für die schönen Tipps und bis hoffentlich nächstes Jahr!

Die Wohnung ist schon älter, aber sauber und geräumig. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Man wohnt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung im Herzen der Dolomiten mit einem Blick über den See von Alleghe. Auch vom Balkon aus blickt man auf den See. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. In den Tagen vor unserer Ankunft hatte er das 50-jährige Jubiläum gefeiert, dass er seit dieser Zeit an Touristen vermietet, und uns mit einer Flasche Prosecco empfangen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla, con comodità di parcheggio. L'appartamento al secondo piano è spaziiso, ma non troppo pulito, con molta polvere sopra gli armadi e i lampadari erano pieni di... Visto che di pagano le pulizie a fine permanenza, che vengano fatte bene. Ci vorrebbe un po' di manutenzione anche dei pavimenti e di qualche presa elettrica che pende dal muro. Nell'insieme darei un voto positivo, ma con qualche accorgimento potrebbe meritare più, vista la location.
