The Westin Kierland Villas are the perfect venue to relax and enjoy your time in the Valley of the Sun. The property is ideally located on 10 acres in the exclusive master-planned golf community in Scottsdale, Arizona. With more than 300 days of sunshine annually, the area is renowned for its breathtaking sunsets, stunning vistas, and fascinating history.
Whether relaxing at the pool and spa, shopping at the world class Kierland Commons, golfing on one of more than 174 courses, , or enjoying the scenic vistas, you'll easily find inspiration and rejuvenation. This property offers something for everyone.
The villas are spacious, comfortably elegant, and fully equipped with all the amenities of home. The One Bedroom Villa sleeps (4) adults comfortably in a King-Sized “Heavenly Bed” and sleeper sofa. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave/convection oven, four burner stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, utensils, dishwasher, disposal, ceramic glass cook top, solid maple cabinets and granite counter-tops. Master bedroom features 27’ flat panel, two vanities, and a whirlpool tub. Living area with sleeper sofa, 32” flat screen cable TV, DVD player, Bose stereo, washer dryer and dining area for 6. Each unit has private balcony, in room safe, and complimentary Internet access.
There are 6 buildings (all with elevators) that are situated on the golf course and/or by the pool. There is a pool bar, cafe and market onsite (offers limited groceries), workout room with sauna, adult pool (cabanas for rent), wading pool and main pool with a slide and volleyball/basketball nets. There is a game area with chess, ping/pong, a mini-pool table, and a putting green. There are several outdoor BBQs, fireplaces, and hammocks/couches. And don’t forget the Kierland Golf Club with three 9-hole golf courses, UNWIND Hour at 'Deseo' and the Agave Spa offering full spa services and yoga.
