About this apartment rental
Spectacular ocean views from this 4th floor end condo. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, tile floors, washer/dryer, gourmet kitchen and great views from almost every room in the condo. Unit has custom Sicilian tile throughout by famous artist Sergio Furnari and Jacuzzi tub in the huge master bathroom. Original art is featured throughout the condo it's a great place for artistic inspiration. The comfortable beds are one king, 3 queen beds, and three full bathrooms.
The property has two swimming pools fronting the ocean and surrounded by plush grass. If golf is your game, Charleston is blessed with an abundance of fine courses. Historic downtown Charleston is 15 minutes away. Or you can park your car and let the vibe of Folly relax you. Perfectly okay to spend the entire day at the beach and never have to get in the car or put shoes on. Everything you need is steps away.
Sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins play is the ideal way to start and end a day here. Sunsets from the terrace can be spectacular and even thunderstorms can take your breath away from this viewpoint 5 stories over the beach. The nightlife and restaurants of Folly Beach are two blocks away. Very safe low crime area perfect for kids and seniors. 2 elevators, wheelchair friendly.

Beautiful view from the balcony! Enjoyed every first coffee of the day and every evening sunset from the balcony. Beach walks with frequent dolphin sightings, bonus! Unit had everything we needed for a home-away-from-home stay. Tom is a fantastic host, always available, and showed up immediately when we had a problem....of our own creation, no less. Quick walk to shops and restaurants, no vehicle needed for a true beach vacation. Absolutely loved every minute!

We had such a nice time at this beautiful condo. The view down the beach is amazing, and it is a short walk out to the ocean and also to town. The water was warm and the beach floor is sandy. Our host was a great communicator. We will definitely stay again!

Folly Beach and Unit are Wonderful ! Rated low because the owner didn’t represent all the property problems! #1 scaffolding up in view and loud construction equipment waking us by 8:00am every morning. Our pool tarp covered not useable. Other pool 3 football fields away ! Basically the owner didn’t tell us this construction was going on or nobody would rent his unit at this time ! He lied when being asked about our pool being open during our booking time ! The other issue was the beach renourishment project right on the beach in front of unit happening all at night beepers and heavy equipment bright lights had been going on for Months according to the workers ! This is the worst representation of a VRBO property I’ve ever experienced .. it’s sad the owner couldn’t have been more honest !!
