It has two separate bedrooms, shower room with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table, sofa set, flat-screen TV, DVD player etc. and a south-facing balcony with a view of the playground, the pony pasture and the Baltic Sea. The modern renovated apartment has been awarded four stars by the DTV.
