About this apartment rental
Individually and comfortably furnished apartment in the old rectory of 1850th Enjoy the sun in the large orchard, the wonderful view of the countryside right on the field edge and experience nature in its diversity.
Right next door is a working farm with sheep, goats, pigs, where you can buy and sausage, ham, goat cheese and eggs from our own vineyards.
The steep coast with natural beaches, romantic coves and craggy discontinuations 2700 meters to reach by bike in about 10 minutes. The long flat sandy beaches of Boltenhagen and well-Wiek you drive about 10-15 minutes by car.
This 3-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor with a large garden, is 90 m² in size and furnished appropriate and functional for 2-6 persons.
The spacious kitchen with fireplace and large dining table is the center of the apartment. Here you can eat together, cook or enjoy a leisurely evening game with fireplace atmosphere. Firewood is available and free to be used. In the kitchen, dishes & glasses, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more are plentiful.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms. The beds are made with fresh linens already for you. An additional sleeping space for 1-2 persons there are in the living room.
A cozy living area with sofa and TV combines functionality and unique ambience. A DVD player and a DVD library is also available for you. On the comfortable sofa where you can relax or read a book in peace. A small selection of books available for your convenience.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. Another toilet is available.

Unser Urlaubsziel war die Gegend an dieser Ecke der Ostsee kennenzulernen. Dazu suchten wir ein gemütliche, ruhige Ferienbleibe mit ausreichend Platz, ein wenig Garten und Natur in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, um mit unsere Hunde Spazieren gehen zu können.
Das alte Pfarrhaus hat viele von diesen Bedingungen erfüllt und wir konnten es als Basis für mehrere schöne Ausflüge gut nutzen.
Ein limitierender Faktor war Unstimmigkeiten mit dem benachbarten Hof, hauptsächlich verursacht durch der Distanzlosigkeit des Hofhundes (Schäferhund), der jeder Gelegenheit nutzte, um sich aggressiv auf das Grundstück des Pfarrhauses zu behaupten. Eine Einzäunung des Grundstückes hätte den Aufenthalt am Haus entspannter gemacht.

Mit fünf Personen und einem Hund hatten wir hier genug Platz. Man kann wunderbar in der Küche am Bollerofen sitzen oder im Wohnzimmer fernsehen oder chillen und lesen. Es ist sehr ruhig, die Betten sind bequem, und schöne Strände sind nicht weit entfernt.

Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt für uns und unsere beiden Kinder (1 und 4 Jahre). Das Grundstück und der Strand in Brock (4 min mit dem Auto) war für unsere Kinder ein Traum.

Absolut ruhige Lage. Genau das was gestresste Stadtmenschen suchen.In sehr ländlicher Umgebung mit Bauernhof in unmittelbarer Nachbsrschaft. Schöner Hofladen mit Hofkaffee im 3 km entfernten Steinbeck. S höher Sandstrand im Seebad Boltenhagen und Wohlberger Wied. Nach Lübeck und Travemünde ca. 30 Minuten, nach Schwerin ca. 1 Std. - falls man die ländliche Stille verlassen möchte. Vermieter sind sehr nett.
