About this house rental
Renovated and lovely furnished house in a small holiday park in Sint Maarten near the North Sea. Our holiday home (approx. 85m²) is quietly located on a 300m² property with a sun terrace and garden.
On the ground floor there is a bright, cozy living / dining area with a new fitted kitchen, open fireplace, satellite TV with 32 '' LED TV and stereo system including CD player.
The kitchen was renewed at the beginning of 2020 and has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher, oven / microwave combination as well as an induction field and extractor. Filter coffee machine and Senseo coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, mixer and hand blender, a wok and sufficient crockery, glasses and cutlery are available.
The bathroom with rain shower is also on the ground floor.
A washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are available in the separate storage room.
Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a French bed (160 x 200 cm), a second bedroom with a single bed (80 x 200 cm) that can be pulled out into a full double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a third bedroom with two Single beds (80 x 200 cm). There is also a toilet on the upper floor.
At the house there is a terrace with table and chairs. A parasol, sun loungers and a grill are also available.
Pets are not allowed.
No rental to groups / youth groups.
It is a non-smoking house.

Wir haben ein wirklich toll und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung vorgefunden. Alles war sehr gepflegt, die Räume waren schön, es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
