Sabina- A gorgeous chalet near Zichron Yaakov

We had a fantastic time at Orli's cabin. You need a car but rental is pretty cheap in Israel, there are lots of interesting places within easy reach of the cabin allowing for some great day trips - to the Sea of Galilee, Haifa, beaches, vineyards etc. The cabin itself is very comfortable and the outdoor space is nice. Orli is an amazing host, very helpful yet not intrusive!

In der "Israelischen Toskana" am Carmelgebirge befindet sich in einer wunderschoenen Huegellandschaft ein kleines sanftgruenes Holzhaus, in dem man ein Wochenende oder auch einen ganzen Urlaub verbringen kann. Ich fahre aus Tel Aviv ab und zu fuer eine ganze Woche zum Schreiben hin. Das Haus liegt inmitten von duftenden Kraeutern, Blueten und Baeumen, ist gemuetlich (aber auch praktisch fuer alle Beduerfnisse) eingerichtet. Schattenplaetze lassen sich rund ums Haus finden. Alles ist pieksauber, liebevoll und geschmackvoll von der Gastgeberin Orli eingerichtet. Sie spricht Deutsch und wer will, kann von ihr viel ueber das Land Israel erfahren. Man kann dort wandern, ans Meer fahren Richtung Caesarea, Staedte wie Zichron Yaakov oder Binyamina besuchen. Tel Aviv, Haifa laden zu Tagesausfluegen ein. Ich kann das Chalet mit Freude empfehlen. Der Ort, das Haus mit seiner angenehmen Atmosphaere, sind Ausgangspunkt fuer gute Erholung von Koerper, Geist und Seele. Ursula G.

my husband and i, with our new born baby, came to stay at the "sabina " cabin, just for the weekend, but it was just to good vacation to leave after just one night , so we decided to stay the whole week. the host is very nice and help full. the cabin have all the facilities for cooking meals. we took long walks in nature just behind the cabin. and mostly enjoy the quit peaceful atmosphere. if you need to recharge with energy, clear your mined and rest, this is the perfect place. we will come back again. and thank you orly for youre hospitalty

I stayed here for two nights at the start of October. The cabin was brand new and shiny clean. The property is quaintly furnished and super cozy. The owner of the property has an amazing garden outside with all sorts of plants and herbs growing there (including a pomegranate tree that had fruit when we stayed!). Having a coffee in the garden in the morning and afternoon is highly recommended since it's so peaceful and relaxing. If you are a biker or hiker, this is a great place to stay. From the house, you can take nice long walks in nature. There is also a historic site nearby called Alona Park / Mei Kedem which boasts an ancient underground waterway that you can walk in. You can also drive from this place to many other attractions in the north (Caesarea, Haifa, Daliyat Al Carmel, Ramat HaNadiv etc). In summary, if you are seeking a relaxing getaway or a place to spend a few nights as you explore the North of Israel then this place is perfect. P.S. The dog and cats in the garden are very friendly.
