About this house rental
NOT RENTING FOR SUMMER 2026 AT THIS TIME.
Please note that my home is not available from August 25th through Sept 3rd despite appearing to be open on the calendar; the VRBO website is having problems and they cannot show that period as rented.
My house is a 4-minute walk over the foot bridge into the heart of Asbury Park with exceptional restaurants and fun nightlife. Only renting for remaining availabilities in Summer 2025. I am not renting for 2026 or beyond at this time.
Beautifully restored, 3-bedroom home with porch swing on front porch and patio area with gas grill in back of house. Ground floor contains living room, dining room and kitchen which have been renovated. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional couch for chatting or watching TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cookware, etc and a new s/s dishwasher, Samsung slide-in stove, Samsung over-the-range microwave and exhaust. There is also a washer & dryer in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a renovated bathroom with marble floors, sink/toilet and the original clawfoot tub. There are window and/or through the wall A/C units in all bedrooms and the kitchen and living rooms. While the house has three bedrooms, guests should be aware that there is just one bathroom. My home, like most homes in Ocean Grove, is small and cottage-like; therefore, I am limiting the number of guests to 5 (including children).
Please note that this is a home frequently used by the Owner and as such, there are some owner items in the closets or medicine cabinet; this is not a home that is strictly an investment rental home. This is truly someone's well-cared for home that is occasionally rented out to guests. If you have any questions about this, please contact the owner.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Rob's place.
The house was clean, well stocked and super cute. Everything was in really good shape. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We especially loved the porch and the porch swing. The location was so convenient to both the beach and downtown (Cookman St.) Asbury. We did not have to drive the whole time we were there!
