The 1000 year old history comes to the fore everywhere when you come across old merchant's houses, stroll through the alleys and squares, or visit the well preserved medieval fortifications. Moreover, in Stege you can of course eat excellent food, browse interesting boutiques, swim at a child-friendly beach with favorable water conditions, sail, surf, golf and much more.
