The villa is located on a name Sabunike Peninsula and is about 20km away from Zadar. The holiday apartments are located in a quiet side street and are 300m from the beautiful sandy beach.
The house is built in Dalmatian style. The apartment is modern & fully furnished and suitable for 6 persons & has 2 baths. and a fully equipped kitchen, balcony / terrace i barbecue, satellite TV WALN parking.
The villa in the beautiful Sabunike is on a sandy peninsula [Length: 7 km, width: 4 km].
The climate is very pleasant and has a year around 2540 hours of sunshine. Sabunike has about 80 houses with small paths. In the marketplace, there are daily fresh fruit / vegetables, grocery stores, newsstands, shops, cafes, bars & restaurants. You will find here the natural sandy beach of Croatia with flat & clean waters. Ideally summer holiday for families with young children or for vacation groups.

Alles nötige ist vorhanden, sehr nette Vermieter, Strand-und Zentrumsnah... wir hatten eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit mit unseren Kindern und würden wieder kommen und dieses Objekt auch weiterempfehlen.

Optimale Lage, sowohl Meer als auch Geschäfte sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, und trotzdem ist das eine ruhige Sackgasse.
Zimmern sind sauber, Klima funzt einwandfrei.
Zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige 100 Meter. Die Wohnung ist leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Hauptzimmer mit integrierter Küche ist Fensterlos. Die Zimmer gehen von diesem Raum ab. Es gibt 2 Bäder. Ein Bad ist nur durch ein Schlafzimmer und über den Balkon zu erreichen. Bei Regen und schlechtem Wetter ist es schwierig das Bad zu benutzen. Die Küche ist mangelhaft ausgestattet. Da die Ferienwohnung ja für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist (3 Schlafzimmer) fehlt es an Allem. Zu wenig Tassen, zu wenig Gläser und Teller. Der Herd hat nur 2 Kochstellen und keinen Backofen und ist nicht richtig angeschlossen gewesen.
Obwohl die Ferienwohnung doch voll ausgestattet sein sollte, muß man für die Klimaanlage separat bezahlen. 5 Euro/Tag, vermutlich steuerfrei für den Hausmeister. Quittung für Kurtaxe und Klimaanlage gab es auch nicht.
