Welcome to Dolphin Palms, and thank you for considering our home for your visit to Fort Lauderdale! My partner is a professional interior designer, and I have a passion for landscaping. Together we have created Dolphin Palms to provide a five-star hotel experience in the setting of a completely private, tropical oasis. The design of the home is both soothing and airy, with original art and furnishings chosen for a comfortable, serene aesthetic. When you step inside this home, you will begin to feel your stress melt away!

Dolphin Palms is a pet-friendly home located on a lovely palm-lined street in the very quiet and desirable neighborhood of Dolphin Isles. This home is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and a one-minute walk to your own exclusive access to Birch State Park. This wonderful park provides many nature trails and walkways directly along the intracoastal waterway.

All bedrooms are outfitted with high-quality mattresses and linens for your comfort, and each bedroom offers a flat-screen smart TV and ceiling fan.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen is open to the dining room and partially open to the living room and oversized family room. The dining area offers seating for 8, with 2 extra stools at the counter. There is also a small kitchen table that seats 2. The spacious, modern kitchen is custom-designed with state-of-the-art appliances, including a beverage/wine cooler, Kitchen Aide Architect II series refrigerator, dual oven with convection microwave, glass cook top and garbage disposal. There is plenty of empty cabinet space, including a large pantry with roll-out shelves. The kitchen offers all that you need to entertain from simple family meals to fine dining (see amenities list for more details). There are plenty of dishes, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses and serving platters to accommodate your needs.

The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen. This area offers a washer, dryer, quartz counter top surface for folding, and a hanging bar for your use. There is a door that leads to the garage where we store your beach items, such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, floats, children's beach toys and wagons to tote your items to the beach. There is also an additional refrigerator in the garage for guest use., as well as high chair, stroller and Pack n Play for those with small children.

LOUNGE & LIVING SPACES:
The front living room offers a spacious area with a sofa bed (American Leather sleeper sofa with a 10" memory foam mattress), 2 chairs, coffee table and side tables. There is seating for 5 people and a nearby half bath for guests.
The extra-large family room offers 2 full-sized sofas, 2 club chairs and a swivel chair. The room is perfect for everyone to watch a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV or take in views of the gorgeous back patio and pool area. A large picture window overlooking the pool, and two sets of French doors leading to the back patio, offer a cascade of natural sunlight. The family room has soaring painted-wood ceilings and 2 ceiling fans.
This home provides a whole-house Sonos sound system for you to stream your favorite music.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Dolphin Palms offers a completely private, enclosed backyard surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation. The landscape is meticulously maintained, and there are no tall buildings or busy roads. You will experience the ambience of a secluded tropical resort. Here, you can relax and enjoy the free-form, heated pool with sheer waterfall feature, luxurious in-ground spa with infinity edge, and dual glass-tile rainforest showers. The travertine marble patio features sunny lounge areas and a shaded zone with cushioned seating, a dining table and two fans to keep you cool. In the front yard, you will find a private, sunny lawn and patio with a seating area and tranquil water feature.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Due to the high demand for this home, and our desire to share it with as many of our interested guests as possible, we do not offer discounts for multiple week stays.

We welcome families and groups. When staying as a group, each member of the group is required to be over the age of 30 unless otherwise approved in writing. Photo identification is required at the time of reservation and may be required at check-in. This home is not conducive to loud noise or parties. Any changes from stated occupancy, event status or pet status must be approved and updated in your reservation prior to your arrival.
Security cameras are present on the front of the home. Any deviation to the approved occupancy, event status or pet status will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit".
