The apartment is 45 m2 in size and is located on the ground floor (nevertheless increased balcony view). It is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible according to DIN 18024 and 18025 and can be reached by elevator. It is only about 150 meters to the white sandy beach. The apartment has its own parking space directly in the back yard. In the beach street, the promenade street of Baabe, you will find a bike rental, several restaurants, souvenir shops and shopping for daily needs such as. Lidl, Aldi, Netto is only 400m away.

We offer you a combined living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette. Wheelchair-accessible bathroom with walk-in shower, fold-down shower seat, grab handles on shower and toilet, washbasin underneath, mirror in sitting position - washing machine, wardrobe with safe, cloakroom, luggage and shoe rack. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and everything from the plate to the spoon.(Stove and sink can be driven under). LCD flat screen TV with satellite receiver.

The apartment is in the tranquil and popular Strandstrasse. with their old bath villas on the direct way to the sea. Shops, restaurants and cafes are everywhere on the right and left.
The Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is located on the Mönchgut peninsula in the southeastern part of Rügen. The area is characterized by an idyllic heathland. Gentle hills blend in between lakes and bodden. The spa gardens of Baabe are in the immediate vicinity. The small, cozy port of the village is within walking distance. Boat trips into the lagoon landscape start there.

Severely injured persons from 80% and their accompanying person are exempt from paying the spa tax upon presentation of a valid ID and the corresponding entry therein. Children who are 15 years of age or younger at the time of their stay in Baabe do not pay city tax. A day cure card / afternoon cure card is only required in high season.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut, Wohnung sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Rollstuhl geeignet ausgezeichnete Lage. Leider hat die Unterkunft nur eine Wohnraum mit offener Küche und Doppelbett, kein separates Schlafzimmer. Ohne Kinder gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut, alles ist einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Für zwei Personen ist die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung völlig ausreichend. Die Parkplatznummerierung ist sehr schwer zu lesen, konnte aber auf Grund der Beschreibung gut gefunden werden. Die Sauberkeit bei Übernahme der Wohnung war nicht so gut (z. B. einzelne Puffreiskugeln vom Vormieter im Aporhekerschrank, der Duschhebel beim Wasseranstellen war dreckig). Der Ausguss im Badwaschbecken gluckert und die Lichtschalter für die Deckenbeleuchtung haben scheinbar einen Wackelkontakt. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Urlaub wunderbar und wir mit dem Objekt zufrieden. Wir können es durchaus weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir sind mit 4 Personen angereist, zwei davon haben im Hochbett geschlafen. Es war etwas wackelig, aber für uns hat es ausgereicht. Das Hochbett stand in einer kleinen Nische. Insgesamt war das Apartment sehr gepflegt und die Lage war hervorragend.
Können wir nur empfehlen!

Das Objekt ist gut für einen Strandurlaub gelegen. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ungefähr 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt zudem eine Fülle an Restaurants und Cafés um die Ecke. Der Lidl ist auch nicht weit. Über das Objekt selbst kann ich nichts schlechtes sagen, die Kommunikation mit der Familie Negendank, die das Objekt vermietet, war schnell und unkompliziert, es wurde auf Fragen gut eingegangen und bei Unklarheiten weitergeholfen. Es war zudem in der FeWo alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Sachen waren sauber und ordentlich. Einen Punkt abzug bei der Sauberkeit gibt es hier nur, wegen dem etwas staubigen Boden, was aber auch durch längeres Leerstehen zusatnde kommen kann, gerade jetzt während Corona. In dem Punkt ist es auch schön gewesen, dass das Check-In und Check-Out selbstständig funktioniert. Ich hatte zwar anfangs einige Probleme mit der Schlüsselbox, da die Tür klemmte, aber nach ein bisschen rummachen ging sie dann auch auf. Die Wohnung ist zudem barrierefrei und gut schalldicht. Von den anderen Parteien im Haus bekommt man nichts mit, höchstens nur die Menchen auf der Straße, wenn die Fenster gekippt sind. Da es sich bei Baabe aber um einen eher ruhigen Ort handelt, ist es Abends nicht zu laut.
Der Punkt Abzug bei der Lage und Umgebung bezieht sich hier auch nicht auf das Objekt, sondern auf Baabe selber. Es ist ein eher kleines Örtchen, das lediglich gut für den Strandtourismus ist. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind zum Teil teuer und/oder mittelmäßig. Wenn man also etwas mehr unternehmen möchte als am Strand zu liegen - sprich: Shoppen, Wandern mal ein Museum besuchen - kommt man nicht drumrum mit dem Auto ein Stückchen zu fahren. Das Oldtimer- oder das U-Boot-Museum liegen in etwa 20-30 Autominuten entfernt, die Kreidefelsen etwa 40 Minuten. Wenn man in eine der größeren Städte möchte, muss man ebenfalls ähnliche Zeitspannen einplanen, wobei Bergen auf Rügen am weitesten entfernt ist. Das Gute ist aber, dass zur Wohnung ein Parkplatz gehört.
Der Räucherfischstand beim Lidl ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.
Alles in allem kann ich aber sagen, dass mir die Tage auf Rügen in dieser FeWo gut gefallen haben und erholsam waren. Gerade für ein Strandurlaub ist dieses Objekt unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!
