About this apartment rental
Our newly built 2011 holiday apartment 'Sunshine' for 2 people in April 2012 offers you a relaxing and pleasant stay with us on 30m². You can enjoy the sun all day on the sheltered terrace with a glass of wine. The apartment is furnished in a rustic country style.
You can reach the ground floor apartment via a separate entrance.
There is a small cloakroom in the entrance area.
You will find the open kitchenette with:
- 2-ring ceramic hob
- fridge with freezer
- Microwave with grill / bake function
- Coffee machine, toaster and kettle (we would also be happy to provide you with a pad coffee machine
available)
In the open living / dining room you will find the dining area for 2 people.
The pull-out sofa bed and the satellite TV with recording function invite you to a cozy TV evening.
The living room leads to the terrace, which is protected by groynes and a planted stone wall and is only accessible to you. Seating, parasol and a grill can also be found here.
The separate bedroom can be dimmed according to your wishes with the help of the blackout pleated blind located there. The double bed (1.60x2.00) with separate mattresses, adjustable headboard and covered bedding helps you sleep peacefully.
The bathroom with daylight, shower, toilet and sink offers enough space.
Here you also have the opportunity to dry your clothes on a pull-out clothesline.
A car and bicycle parking space are right in front of the house.

Die Ferienwohnung war im Inneren wie beschrieben und sehr schön eingerichtet. Zu zweit reicht der Platz völlig aus. Der Kühlschrank war nur etwas laut. Mit geschlossener Schlafzimmertür war es aber zu ertragen.
Alle Dienstleistungen und der Strand sind gut zu erreichen.

Die Fewo ist wie beschrieben. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich willkommen. Wir haben jeden Tag draußen gefrühstückt und - wenn wir zu Hause waren - auch abends lange draußen gesessen. Früh spendet eine Eiche Schatten, so dass es bei Sonnenschein trotzdem sehr angenehm ist.
Der Darßer Urwald liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung, so dass man so Fuß gut zum Leuchtturm, Darßer Ort und nach Wieck wandern kann. Auch Zingst ist fußläufig am Strand erreichbar. Zurück kann man die Darßbahn oder den Bus 210 nehmen. Ein Muss ist der wildromantische Weststrand. Natürlich kann ,man auch alles mit Fahrrad erkunden z. B. Ahrenshoop.
Fahrradverleihe gibt es mehrere in der Nähe. Von der Fewo in der Hülsenstraße sind nicht weit weg das Darßmuseum, die Ausstellung Cartoonair und der Kulturkaten. Edeka, Restaurants, der Nordstrand und die Seebrücke sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Der Weg zum Hafen oder zum Sportstand sind etwas weiter.
Für 2 Personen kann die Fewo guten Gewissens weiter empfohlen werden.
