On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Stumm, 2.2 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position, 5.5 km from the lake, 2 km from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Stumm Märzenklamm" 450 m, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 1.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 5.5 km. Die Unterkunft erfüllte unsere Erwartungen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Es war sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich. Ferienwohnung M. kann ich bedenkenlos weiterzuempfehlen.

Een prachtige locatie en alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt zijn aanwezig in het appartement. Zelfs een droogrek voor je natte handdoeken en kleding. Ontzettend aardige verhuurders. Van de eigenaar en de medehuurders hebben we in huis niets gehoord. Heel handig dat de skibus op 50 meter van het huis stopt.
