Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. It's only air-conditioned living room. The entrance leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV, radio and pool view. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and TV. You have access to the terrace (together with living room / bedroom). Cooking nook with gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
2nd floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV, radio and pool view. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Malinska, district of Milčetići. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Only the living room is air-conditioned. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. TV reception via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, can be heated, 3.5 m x 6.9 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool has 24 sqm.
