About this apartment rental
One bedroom unit within beautiful Victorian home, located on the most pristine part of Long Sands Beach in York, Maine - Only a few steps from the water (no ocean view, but rather that of a quiet, lovely, grassy area). Fully furnished. Modern kitchen, full bath, living room, dining area, patio and nice yard.
Linens not included (available upon request).
Maximum occupancy 2 adults.
Summer rentals: 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
No pets
No smoking in apartment or on property

Unit is located on the first level of home - Entrance to unit is accessed from the back of house. **Please be advised that our family lives upstairs during the summer. As this is an older home, some sound from upstairs can be heard below. During the week it is extremely quiet upstairs, but on weekends there’s a bit more activity. We do our best to minimize the disruptions.

Perfect York location. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location was fabulous for the beach, walking and biking too. I highly recommend this VRBO.

We stayed on Long Sands Beach for a week but I wish it had been longer. I started every morning having my coffee while I walked the beach. There were some nice restaurants close by. In addition, we walked to Fox's near the lighthouse for great lobster. And another night, we walked to Short Sands for ice cream. It is the best of both worlds-- a large quiet family friendly beach with busier places within a mile or so walk.

We had an amazing week staying at this house!! It was not even a 5 minute walk to the beach ( where we spent all day everyday!), literally right across the street. It was the perfect size for my husband and myself….everything in the house was immaculate and beautifully kept, there wasn’t anything that we didn’t have there!!The only thing that we would possibly change would be to have a more comfortable bed!!
We were sorry that we couldn’t meet Julie in person to thank her for the amazing week that we had, and we definitely hope to be able to stay there again!!
