About this villa rental
This modern holiday home is located in a quiet village near Pula and Rovinj. The house is on a large fenced plot where there are 2 other houses. Within this large property, each house has its own property, which is not completely fenced but surrounded by a hedge and trees. There are 2 tennis, basketball and playground areas, as well as a bocce court available for common use. The house is on the edge of the property and borders on beautiful nature, which makes living here even more attractive. The many leisure activities on offer here will make your holiday a hit: heated outdoor pool and sauna. In the basement of the house is the leisure room with table football and darts. Exercise equipment. 4 bicycles are available for excursions. The interior is cozy and offers a lot of comfort. On warm summer days, the air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures throughout the house. The roaring log fire warms you in winter. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and three of them have their own terrace. Covered terrace with summer kitchen. Furthermore there are Playstation4 (games FIFA and Minecraft), table tennis, 4 bicycles, seesaw, slide, ball for basketball, boccia balls, 2 tennis rackets and a fridge in the summer kitchen. Istria is diverse: visit Pula, the largest city in Istria with its impressive arena, or Rovinj. Take a trip to the Lim Canal. Explore the Brijuni Islands with their Roman and Byzantine excavations and the National Park with exotic animals. Hum, the supposedly smallest city in the world, is also worth a visit! Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, jede Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, alles sauber und in Schuss. Allerdings grenzt der Garten des Nachbarhauses an s Grundstück. Dort hat sich 2 Nächte vor unserer Abreise eine Gruppe feierwütiger junger Männer eingemietet - deren Party haben wir dann hautnah miterlebt. Nach der Beschwerde beim Vermieter war allerdings Ruhe.

Von den vielen Ferienhäusern, die wir bislang hatten, war dieses mit Abstand das Schönste. Viel Platz, sauber und mit unzähligen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Im Oktober war das Wetter nicht mehr durchgängig schön, aber wir haben insbesondere den Basketballplatz und den Tennis-Court in jeder trockenen Minute genutzt (für Beachvolleyball war es uns nicht mehr warm genug, aber im Sommer ist es bestimmt eine tolle Möglichkeit). Neben dem beheizten Pool war vor allem der Whirlpool das absolute Highlight. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es aber auch im Haus genügend Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (Billard, Darts und Kicker im Keller, Playstation, Gesellschaftsspiele).
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders auch durch die nette und freundliche Unterstützung von Vesna und Zoran, die uns eine Menge guter Tipps gegeben haben. Eine klare Empfehlung gibt es auch für den angebotenen Hauswein - die eine oder andere Flasche werden wir auch noch zu Hause in guter Erinnerung an unseren Urlaub leeren. Wir kommen bestimmt sehr gerne wieder!

Das Ferienhaus Villa Marija ist eine wahre Luxusferienoase. Mit den Freizeitangeboten um das Haus herum hat jeder seinen Spaß gehabt. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist größer als es auf den Bildern scheint und bis auf kleinere Schwächen in der Küchenplanung haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren quasi in Dauerbenutzung. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!!
