Welcome to “Always Cozy” – Your Harwich Retreat!

Tucked away in a peaceful setting, this delightful freestanding 2-bedroom home is the perfect place to relax and unwind on Cape Cod. With central A/C, gleaming hardwood floors, and plenty of charm, “Always Cozy” is designed for comfort from the moment you arrive.
Inside, you'll find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the essentials, including a microwave and toaster oven. The living room offers a TV with Blu-Ray/DVD—perfect for cozy movie nights. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and TV with DVD, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for guests or family.
Enjoy your morning coffee or evening book in the enclosed three-season porch, or head outside to the furnished deck with picnic table, bench, and gas grill—just right for summer barbecues.
Best of all, you'll be close to Cranberry Valley Golf Course, Thompson's Field Conservation Area, the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path (just 1.7 miles away at 55 Headwaters), and Buck's Pond beach—offering something for everyone.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
FREE ACTIVITIES
Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:
-Golfing
-Bike & Kayak Rentals
-Whale Watcher Cruise
-Round Trip Ticket to explore Martha Vineyard & Nantucket
Note: Saturday-to-Saturday stays only.

This house is exceptionally well equipped and just lovely for a couple or small family. Our granddaughter loved the "singing" lobster when she visited. Outdoor shower and backyard privacy was appreciated. Of note: the driveway to the house is off Samoset Road. That should be made clearer in the directions. It was the first time we have rented a Cape house where we had to make extra stops to pick up and leave keys. Nonetheless, we were greatly satisfied. The ease of being conveniently located on the Cape with grocery stores, pharmacy, etc., Chatham, Ptown, the rail trail, and fresh water and ocean beaches nearby were all bonuses. And, here's a tip: If future visitors are looking for a great breakfast spot, try Hangar 8 at the Chatham Airport. Not only is the food and service excellent, watching the small planes come and go was a treat for all and especially the kids who were part of our extended group that day. Thank you for you part in our fantastic vacation.

Outside of home needs some work perhaps driveway repair & new exterior paint but inside was inviting and comfortable. When we look for a summer home rental we look for central air, dog friendly, washer & dryer and an outside shower. This property has them all. Close to many beaches and great restaurants. Very comfortable for 2 - 3 people since there is only 1 bathroom. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this home for our 2 week stay. We would like to say thank you to everyone involved for the wonderful vacation. We would for sure rent this property again!!!
