Villa Ilusion into Rainforest El Yunque

We loved our stay at this house! Getting to it was an adventure, but easy enough to find with the directions. The landscaping and surrounding forest was beautiful - we could hear and see so many animals and flowers blooming. It made our stay really magical. The house itself was comfortable if a little outdated and in need of repair, though we had some extra visitors inside - a couple cockroaches in the living room, a brown recluse spider in the bedroom, lizards throughout the house, and a Coqui frog. Overall the house made for a great base to see a ton of sights throughout the island during our stay, and was a great spot to unwind at the end of a fun day. Thank you!

Location is AMAZING if you want to stay in the rainforest. The house is not perfect but functional. Our host was excellent, very fast response time and quickly got us up and running with the generator when the whole island was without power. We slept very well in the air conditioned bedrooms.

El lugar de Antonio era increíble! Pasé el fin de semana aquí con 3 amigos para celebrar mi cumpleaños y no podría pedir mejor manera de haberlo pasado. La piscina privada era perfecta en las circunstancias covid. Hablar de distanciamiento social, si la tierra es prácticamente todo tuyo... increíble. Antonio fue asombroso. Su servicio al cliente, respuestas rápidas y flexibilidad con los horarios de entrada y salida fue excelente. En esta hermosa casa teníamos todo y no necesitábamos más. La casa está totalmente equipada con todas las necesidades. Hicimos una compra antes de la llegada y pasamos el resto del tiempo en la piscina, bbq, cantando, riendo y tomando hermosas fotografías, ya que el paisaje es para morirse. La naturaleza, los sonidos, la paz y las vistas eran absolutamente hermosas. Lo pasamos de maravilla y definitivamente volveremos! Gracias por tu hospitalidad Antonio.Antonio's place was amazing! I spent the weekend here with 3 friends to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't ask for a better way to have spent it. The private pool was perfect during the covid circumstances & gov shut down. Talk about social distancing, the land is practically all yours ... incredible. Antonio was amazing. Their customer service, quick responses, and flexibility with check-in and check-out times was excellent. In this beautiful spacious home we had everything we needed. The house is fully equipped with all necessities. We did a supermarket run prior to arrival and spent the rest of the time in the pool, barbecuing, singing, laughing and taking beautiful pictures, as the scenery is to die for. The nature, the sounds, the peace and the sights was absolutely beautiful!!! We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thanks for your hospitality Antonio.
