This detached holiday home is located on a plot of around three hectares, 615 metres above sea level, and offers an undisturbed place to relax under the clearest starry skies.
Inside, the finca impresses with its optimal insulation against the heat and cold as well as around 140 square metres of living space. It has three inviting bedrooms and a spacious open-plan kitchen with views of the terrace. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, ensure comfort. A large living area with a dining table for the whole family and a cosy seating area invite you to linger. The arched door cleverly separates the sleeping area at the back of the house from the rest of the living area.
The outdoor area includes a covered terrace with a brick bench seat, which invites you to enjoy wonderful hours even after sunset.
