About this apartment rental

The luxuriously equipped coastal studio extends over 1. Upper floor and studio, which can be reached by stairs from the hall. The apartment is comfortably equipped for 4 + 2 people. In the 1st Upstairs there is a 33m² living area with an open kitchen, the daylight bathroom, a bedroom with a separate dressing room and a utility room. The south balcony with a view of the well-tended garden can be reached via the living room. The spacious studio extends almost completely over the "2nd Floor ".
There is a parking space for your vehicle directly at the house. Bicycles, handcarts, beach toys, etc. can be parked in the shed belonging to the apartment. The 1600 square meter property is available for shared use.
There are no limits to multimedia enjoyment. Whether flat screen TV, DVD player, Sony Playstation, free internet flat rate with WLAN or stereo system with radio / CD / MP3 function, incl. IPod docking station - the coastal studio offers you all of this.
Two double beds are available in the bedrooms. If you have a 5th and 6th Optionally, we need sleeping space ** for you two high-quality space-saving beds with slatted frames and mattresses.
A baby travel bed and 1 high chair are available on request, free of charge.
The coastal studio is allergy and family friendly. Pets of any kind, as well as smoking, are not permitted.

Wir waren für eine Woche in diese Traumwohnung und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben, sehr gepflegt und mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind immer gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Zum Strand geht man ca. 20 min zu Fuß, ebenso ins Zentrum, wo man verschiedene Lokale und Souveniergeschäfte sowie das Freizeitbad findet. Alles in allem tip top, falls wir nochmal da hin fahren ist das Küstenstudio die erste Wahl!

Das Küstenstudio ist eine sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Man kann sich rundherum wohlfühlen. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Schon im Vorfeld bestand ein sehr guter Kontakt zu Nina & Christoph Komanek und obwohl wir relativ kurzfristig gebucht hatten - und beispielsweise die Zustellung der Kurkarten dann evtl. zu knapp gewesen wäre - konnte alles einfach, schnell und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit geklärt werden. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen, es gab eine kurze Wohnungsbesichtigung und sogar eine Flasche Champagner stand im Kühlschrank. 😉 Die Wohnung war ein Traum. Sauber, liebevoll im maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Es gibt vom Kamin über Gesellschaftsspiele bis hin zu Büchern alles was das Herz begehrt. Meine Schwester und ich wären am liebsten direkt eingezogen. Kurzum - wir waren rundum zufrieden - und kommen sicher wieder. 🙂
