The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with dinette and TV. Kitchenette with gas stove (2 burners), refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and Air conditioning (for an additional charge of 5, -Euro / day).
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday flat is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.
