About this house rental
Sitting high above the vines with a sweeping north facing 180-degree panorama of Port Phillip and beyond. Nestled on some 3.78ha of private land surrounded by vines and bushland it is the perfect location for that special get away. The front of the stunning main house showcases floor to ceiling capturing the enviable north facing sun filling the home with an abundance of light. Enjoy some alfresco dining from the elevated north facing balcony whilst serving up delights from the first-class stainless steel Miele kitchen. There is a second living room overlooking the balcony for some quiet time. Spoil yourself in the luxurious master bedroom suite which is in it’s own private wing with expansive views and private balcony. The guest wing also features a double bedroom, bathroom and balcony.
Explore the gardens from the old cellar door and bunk house downstairs. The original cellar door downstairs has been superbly transformed into family accommodation with kitchenette/dining/living and library area adjoining an impressive large bedroom with a captivating floor-to-ceiling framed view of the vineyard and Port Philip Bay.
The Cottage offers extra space for groups that would like more privacy or additional guests. Featuring two more en-suite bedrooms, lounge and kitchenette.

Fantastic and incredibly peaceful place for our group attending a family wedding. The property was wonderful and had all that we needed for a very comfortable stay ! The views !!!Highly recommend it.

The upstairs lounge room including kitchen and dining room, also the master bedroom with sitting area and extra sitting room all looked out over the vineyards and the most spectacular views of the bay. The windows are high enhancing every possible view available. We were a family of 12 and stayed 2 nights. An amazing venue for getting ready for our daughter’s wedding at Trefeo, 300 meters down the road. Host Tanya’s communication was thorough and response led quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very comfortable beds, wonderful view over vineyards out to the oceans, great location to local vineyards. Would highly recommend!

Great property with fantastic views but the house needs a good clean and was a little tired. Lots of spiders and webs especially downstairs.
