Our comfortable and well-maintained house—No. 101—is located in "Beach Park Texel" in De Koog. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the village of De Koog and only fifteen minutes to the long sandy beach of De Koog.

The vacation home was built in 1994 and is comfortably furnished. It is located in a small park that features two playgrounds and a children’s play area. The Calluna subtropical water park is very close by. There are many cozy restaurants nearby,

- The arrival day is usually Friday. During the off-season or in exceptional cases, a different arrival day may be possible,

- Reservations are generally made on a weekly basis only, except during the off-season. We must decline reservations for, say, 10 days. Of course, however, you may arrive and depart within a reserved period if you wish,

- During the off-season, the minimum stay is 3 nights with a minimum rental price of 250–290 euros.
