This beautiful house is located on a corner lot, only 20 meters from a good swimming beach.
From the house you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Little Belt. The house is furnished with nice modern furniture and the kitchen is well equipped with among other things dishwasher and microwave. On the large, covered southeast terrace you can relax on warm days and evenings and on the lawn there is plenty of space to romp and play ball.
Park your car safely in the carport. A gravel path with some traffic in the summer period runs between the house and the beach.
