Centrally located in the Baltic Sea is the high-quality villa 'Rosita'. The beach distance is about 200 meters
The 54m² comfortable three-room apartment for non-smokers in the Villa Rosita has two separate, completely darkened bedrooms; one with double bed in comfort height for easy entry and exit and with two single beds, also in comfort height. In the bedroom with double bed you will find a large spacious wardrobe and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is furnished with a large dresser.
Both bedrooms are completely darkened. The bright living room with open fitted kitchen is the center of the apartment. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, blender etc as well as a generous equipment with dishes, glasses and pots. If necessary, there is also an iron and ironing board.
Ideal for families with and without children - altogether max. 4 people spend their holidays together. The apartment has two beautiful balconies - each with seating for four people. One balcony faces southeast, the other is south-west facing. So you can enjoy both the first morning coffee and the glass of wine in the evening in the open air! On the beach chairs you can sunbathe and relax.
Books for reading and reading, games for all ages, CDs, guides, cycling and hiking maps, umbrellas, toys for children, children's crockery. The VCR has a large video collection for all ages. The shower room offers many shelves.
The playground in the well-kept green area behind the house offers seesaws and a large sandpit. Next to the playground is a seating area, as well as a spacious sunbathing area.
The complete children's package (cot, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, children's dishes) is free for our younger guests.

The Villa Rosita is centrally located and quiet in the old spa u. Villa quarter of the old fishing village. The beach is only 5 minutes walk. The shops, fashion shops, supermarkets, fish restaurants, post office, doctors, pharmacy, etc. are within easy walking distance. To the harbor on the lagoon you stroll through the picturesque village; past the fisherman who sells the freshly caught Baltic fish. In the harbor you can book boat and boat tours over the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea!
Bring your own bicycles can be accommodated in the lockable bike shed. The parking space is included. Dogs welcome by arrangement!
Rerik is still traded as a tip. The contemplative Baltic Sea resort and smallest town in Germany with only 2,300 inhabitants is located on two coasts. Once at Salzhaff and then at the open Baltic Sea.
Rerik is located at the northeastern end of the Salzhaffes, a part of the Wismar Bay between the mainland and the peninsula Wustrow in the conservation area "coastal landscape Wismar Bay". Seen on a large scale, the city lies about 35 kilometers west of Rostock and 35 kilometers northeast of Wismar. The Salzhaff with its shallow and calm water is one of the most popular surfing and sailing areas on the Baltic Sea.
East joins the cooling, a woody ridge. The Baltic resort Rerik is connected to several highways. In the nearby cities of Neubukow and Kröpelin there are train connections in the direction of Rostock, Schwerin and Lübeck. Both stations can be reached from Rerik by bus in a few minutes. In just a few minutes you can reach the Salzhaff with the new promenade, the 200 m distant pier and the wide, wide sandy beach.
The 150 m long lake bathing bridge and further north below the cliffs of the pithy natural beach up to Kühlungsborn invite you to hikes and walks in the healthy sea air.
All water sports are possible, almost infinite hiking and cycling, but also horse riding and even skydiving are possible.
