The property itself is beautiful and has lots of potential if only they can work on certain things.
Our very first night was ruined by loud, disruptive and inconsiderate guests..
What was even more disappointing was the apparent lack of intervention from security or management. The noise continued late into the wee hours of the morning and we eventually sleep at around 02h30 still with the noise going on. I called the reception 3 times to report it but no change.
The guest who were roudy apparently wanted to extend their stay but were refused due to a number of people who complained, so the next two days it was quite peaceful
When you book accommodation, you expect the establishment to ensure that guests can enjoy a safe and peaceful environment. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
Restuarant was another bad experience, ordered a certain veggie on the menus they brought another one (coleslaw)without any explanation, in fact my partner, who is NOT a fast eater, finished his meal before I received mine which I returned to be warmed as the chips were cold.
Breakfast was quite basic that I ended up finding another place to have my breakfast or skipping
The issue with the safe keys was another major disappointment. We requested keys for the safe and were told that security would bring them to us. When they did not arrive, we contacted reception again to follow up and were assured that it would be attended to. We waited until we slept
These may seem like small issues individually, but together they completely changed our experience of the establishment. Basic guest service, security and consideration for other guests should not be things a paying guest has to repeatedly chase after

Had to wait 20 minutes to check in …. Something that usually takes less than 2 minutes if you pre booked . Instead I was told to sit down…Female Guest toilet seat cracked and no space to come in ….way too small. Rooms not clean especially the bathroom floors. ….
