Very clean, had all the facilities you could need with well equipped kitchen. We got the wrong lock bock initially and staff were responsive to messages and helpful. Would recommend. Location nice and quiet.

Best way to experience the city of Copenhagen is through the eyes of a local. And staying in the comfort of somebody's home is a really good start to that experience. The appartement is well equipped, location is excellent, take-out food, supermarkets, kios, all within 200 meters of the appartement. (Avoid Mo's pizza, but go accross the street for authentic Italian pizzas) The bed was excellent and the shower a 10/10. Best shower I ever had while away from home. Maybe even better than home! The shower curtain could be improved though.

- The WiFi is slow. Not really suitable for Zoom or Teams meetings. - Parking is a challenge as it is really busy. Also parking is expensive, Expect prices of €30+ per day. - The key collection was late and I was an hour early. Tried phoning couple of times, but did not recieve an answer. The keys eventually arrived 15 minuts passed the agreed timeframe. It can happen, but it was not a comfortable experience. I would much rather have the keys in a lockbox accessible by PIN, or something similar.

Cozy, quiet apartment with nice interior. The bed was very comfy. It is on the first floor with windows looking at the closed backyard of the building with minimal outside noise. Good Wi-Fi speed. Walking distance to the main city landmarks - for example The Little Mermaid statue is 12 mins walk. Close to a metro and train station. Mini Market and a good bakery in the next street - "Meyers Bageri". Overall suitable for people who prefer quiet neighborhood and not to be around a wild night life.

As this property is also managed by a third party agency, they have a security deposit policy that is not stated in the description. After we insisted, the agency agreed that we would not provide them with this type of deposit as it was not listed here on Booking. In the bathroom - The sink is quite small, the cabinet with the mirror above the sink protrudes forward and creates a little inconvenience.
