It is located on the Padule waterfront, in the tourist area of La Maddalena, a 10-minute walk from the small port of Cala Gavetta.The apartment is equipped with every amenity, ideal for relaxing while gazing out at the sea from the windows and the small balcony—perhaps while sipping a glass of Vermentino wine! It offers privacy with a private entrance and has a reserved parking spot.
Nearby, you’ll find a large supermarket, a bar, a gas station, a diving center, and the option to rent inflatable boats.
The bus that circles the beaches has stops nearby.
A cleaning fee of 50 euros is payable on site, and you can rent sheets and towels.

perfect apartment, clean and comfortable. close to the town center , shops , restaurants and a supermarket . The view from the balcony in the morning is priceless. I was in October when there were almost no tourists. Mrs. Claudia was helpful and very polite. kind regards

Appartamentino molto carino, ben arredato ed attrezzato con una vista sul mare che pochi altri possono vantare alla Maddalena.
Claudia, la proprietaria, è di una cortesia e disponibilità unica, sempre attenta alle esigenze degli inquilini.
