We had the best time of our life in this beautiful, charming, warm appartement. Violetta was the best host, we didn't see her, but the communication was really easy and pleasant with her.
The place was perfecty clean, with a lot of tiny attentions for us.
Its really well located, you have everything you need in the neighbourhood, and it's Central so you can go to all the famous touristic spots very easily.
So book this place you will feel at home !

Violetta’s place was the perfect place to return home to every night after days full of theatre, music, museums and restaurants. We loved the penthouse patio where we could enjoy the cooler night air after hot days. We definitely want to stay here again next time we visit NYC. Thank you Violetta!

A truly idyllic home in the heart of the Upper West Side of Manhattan with the perfect amount of space for a one bedroom and a gorgeous rooftop patio. Violetta was a kind and generous host who went above and beyond in both communications and comforts. Hope to stay again in the future!

This apartment is in many ways an ideal one bedroom, with beautiful details in a pre-war living room, a great private penthouse planted terrace with a lounge chair and table and chairs, and a windowed super clean bath and tiny but highly functional and fully equipped windowed kitchen, sweeping views of downtown and the Hudson River, an elevator, and a doorman. It's also located closed to Riverside Park, Central Park, dozens of restaurants, close to the subway, etc. I enjoyed my stay here in every way, Violetta is a helpful, kind and responsive hostess, and the apartment is spic and span and super homey and a great place to come home to and relax in after enjoying time out in the city. I can't recommend it highly enough. I could easily imagine staying here for months.
