- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is at the front entrance facing the driveway and camera 2 is at the back entrance facing the dock. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- NOTE: The property does have cell phone service, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a rural area
- NOTE: The lake water levels fluctuate because it's raised and lowered by the Tennessee Valley Authority. During the summer months, the lake is high and the dock is floating. September through May the water may be down and sometimes there is no water in the cove especially if it hasn't rained
