New Front load washer and dryer in unit. Large deck overlooks the beautiful Spring Creek #1 Trout Stream in PA. Property is very Private with no one close by, it has a beautiful setting. The large heated pool is open May through September and is a private pool for the guests use. The private hot tub is wonderful and is open year round. We commonly see Bald Eagles visit the creek and nest close by. No close neighbors and plenty of off street parking for two to three cars. Electric Heat pump and Central Air-conditining is in the home.. Beautiful big energy efficient windows that provide lots of great lighting and beautiful views. It has a great fire pit with lots of wood for a cozy fire and a perfect spot to roast some marshmallows The hot tub seats 5 to 6 with a very nice water fall and colored lighting. Lots of jets to help sooth tired muscles. It's a perfect location to State College.. only a couple minutes to down town, center. The home is only a couple miles to PSU STADIUM and MT. NITTANY MEDICAL CENTER. It has Great walking trails within a mile of the home, a nature preserve close by.. a large meadow and Spring Creek in the bark yard, Spring Creek Park is close by, close to all that State College offers. Although the home can easily accommodate 6 people with the 3 bedrooms.. for short stays.. If your wanting to stay an extended time you might prefer a smaller group. For extended stays 2 to 4 people works very well. Home is very clean, well sanitized, and provides all that you would need except your food.
