About this house rental
This spacious four bedroom home ticks all the boxes for your ideal family getaway .
Located 800 meters from the beautiful St Leonards beach and less than 10 minute walk to town centre where you will find the convenience of supermarket cafes. newsagent and the well positioned Pub .
The property will have you feeling right at home in a relaxing environment . This includes fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking , fridge/ freezer , microwave and dishwasher .
A large open plan living dining area with plenty of seating , a wood fire for those cooler months and a reverse cycle split system for extra comfort in the warmer months .
There is a large flat screen tv with dvd player and an assortment of dvds to choose from. High chair is available for the little ones and there is a cupboard with a collection of board games to keep everyone entertained .
The rear yard has all you need to entertain the family with a covered deck with a large outdoor table with bench seats, BBQ , fire pit with seating and a double garage with table tennis table and a pool table .
There is also a dart board and 1 extra fridge. For the younger kids there are an assortment of toys such as scooters , boogie boards and even a fish cleaning sink around the side of the house if required to clean your catch .
The fully enclosed carport has plenty of room to store cars boats in a safe secure spot .
Up to 12 people can be accommodated in the 4 bedrooms all which have ceiling fans and one that has its own bathroom with indoor spa .
Sleeping arrangements are as follows :
Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x tri bunk
Bedroom 3 - 1 x tri bunk
Bedroom 4 - 1 x queen bed with ensuite ,tv with dvd player
2 x fold out sigle beds in the cupboard .
Pets only with approval and outside only .
cleaning fee based on std clean , if extra cleaning required an additional charge will be taken from the bond .
House to be left clean and tidy as you found it .
Please be respectful of our full time neighbors .

Overall a great stay & communication! Misunderstood regarding BYO linen which also meant doona covers and bath mats/ hand towels so did a quick trip to Kmart. Only other comment is the blinds in the front 2 rooms which don’t block out much light. Would be good if there was blockout blinds/ curtains. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 teenagers with lots of space. We stay in St Leonard’s every year and would definitely stay again. Thank you.
