Our family had a great time here. The house was perfect for 9 of us with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of toys and equipment. Everyone loved the pool and spa. A bit far from downtown SD, but it was worth it !

House is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room fo family of 10. Beautiful property with an incredible view especially at night. Property manager and owners incredibly responsive to queries and resolved any issues immediately. Only suggestion is a thorough/deep cleaning as we found various items (earrings by the hot tub, food wrappers by the furniture; a hair in one of the tubs). Otherwise the place is clean. Would stay again.

Accommodations were very nice. Of course the pool looked much bigger in the photo than in real life. I couldn’t get the large Barbecue to work. The tank was empty and even after changing it, it wouldn’t start. After looking at the burners and internal structure it needs to be replaced. The wine cooler frig didn’t work either. There was a large accumulation of rat poop along the pool which wasn’t surprising due to the exposure to the open field... but disturbing just the same.
The location was easy to find and easy access to the freeway to get to other locations. Just disappointed it wasn’t closer to the beach... but we knew that coming in. The view was very nice. It was perhaps a little higher in price than it should have been due to maintenance issues and more remote location, but we all had a good time.
