The place closes to all restaurants 😁 my recommend for ppl with children. This building has a spiral staircase, and it's dangerous to fall. Be careful

The size of the room, it was very tiny. But it's my fault - I didn't check the photo of the room during the booking. The main photos have a sofa and a kitchen, and an apartment looks bigger, but when you book for the two ppl, you get a small apartment with the shower and bed :( But again, it's only my fault :/ And you have a fridge without any bottle of water :( so you should keep in your mind, if you want tea in the evening - you should buy a bottle of water before. View from the widow - a building in front of your, nothing nice)

The bed was broken, but as the host explained it was hard to find a handyman last minute.

There is no air conditioner(important for hot summer days). Far away to railway station

The room was very small but clean and had almost everything you could need (except for the kitchen, it was not available in this room).

I did not like the fact that the host did not warn me about the roof renovation going on in the room behind my wall. It was extremely noisy and frustrating. I could sleep normally only on Saturday and Sunday when the workers had days off. The rest of the day started with drilling at 8 or 9 AM🫠 My stay costed more than 6k UAH, and the host made a “discount” of 250 UAH for this inconvenience. Seems very cheap and not customer oriented💁 Also, the half of this building looks like it suffered a bomb though it had not. And one more fact I did not like is that there is no personnel, no reception, you just receive a code to access your room, the communication is only by phone or messenger. Looks cheap and unprofessional as well, as for me.
