The apartment is completely renovated and completely new and high quality furnishings. It is a Non smoking apartment. This is located on the ground floor of our house and has a separate entrance. Offers a contemporary LED TVs with satellite connection as standard, garden furniture and professional insect protection against the major windows and doors. All rooms are located on the ground floor, are connected as a unit with each other and separated by doors. Senior-friendly, there are no steps in the apartment, the shower entry is only 5 centimeters high, and the large double bed in a height that makes getting up.

Our family house where the apartment is located is quiet in a cul de sac in the market Hofkirchen, district Oberschöllnach, within view of the Danube and close to the 'small 3-river city' Vilshofen. Hofkirchen again clings to the Danube and is located in the Danube Valley, just outside the gates of the Bavarian Forest.

IMPORTANT at Pet: We own a dog and having it with you on vacation the most. Our Fellnase sleeps and cuddles exclusively on his blanket, thus never on the couch or in bed. We never leave him alone in a strange apartment and rub him out dry when it is wet. Also we leave our dog unattended in the strange garden. So we are happy to be allowed to come back with our dog. If you also see this for yourself and your dog so, you are welcome with your four-legged friend!
