About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the second floor of the house 'La Molina', which looks like the prow of a ship into the valley. The rooms are friendly and bright, there is a spacious kitchen and living area with a couch, two bedrooms, a larger one with a double bed and a very small one, also with a double bed, a bathroom and a small balcony. Our guests are able to share about it, the large, tiled roof terrace above. In the studio and in the apartment below live two quiet people. Since May 2016 there is Wi-Fi (WiFi).

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Sie wohnt nebenan und war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage mit schöner Sicht ins Valle. Die Wohnung liegt auf der Sonnenseite des Tals.

wir waren wieder zufrieden, guter Ausblick, gute Betten (zuletzt bemängelte Matratze war ausgetauscht), ruhige Lage, Kommunikation, Checkin/Out ohne Probleme. Wlan war gut. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich. Super wäre wenn das 2. Schlafzimmer einen besser abdunkelnden Vorhang hätte. Ein scharfes Messer wäre auch gut.
Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Si un certains nombre de points positifs sont à mettre en avant tel que propreté des lieux, très calme, bel environnement, petite épicerie bien fournie situé de l'autre côté de la rue, très bon accueil et service de la personne de contact (qui ne parle que l'espagnol); de nombreux points sont à corriger dans l'annonce.
- Une grande chambre et une très petite: la petite chambre est tellement petite que l'on ne peut y tenir à 2 pour faire du rangement ouchanger de vêtements.
- Lits de 200 x 200 dans chaque chambre : en réalité 1 lit de 140 x 200 dans la grande et 1 lit de 90 x 200 + 1 lit de 70 X 170 dans la petite.
- Buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge : en réalité un lave linge d'aspect peu encourageant + des fils pour tendre le linge, le tout situé sur la terrasse du toit commune aux 3 appartements.
- Four inutilisable car il n'y a plus de bouton de réglage de la température.
- Vaisselle en quantité insuffisante : 5 verres dépareillés et 5 assiettes dépareillées de chaque sorte, 5 tasses dépareillées, idem pour les couverts (pour un appartement pour 4 personnes).
