The apartment with air conditioning consists of 3 rooms (approx. 120sqm) on the ground floor with a large cozy living area with sofa, satellite.-TV, book corner, fireplace, dining area and 2 bedrooms (double and once 2 single beds and a travel cot). This includes two separate bath-shower-baths, a fully equipped separate kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and much more). Washer and dryer are in the separate storage room. The apartment is designed with a high quality marble, the terrace, from the living room and bedroom, is about 25 square meters. The well-kept complex is mostly inhabited by Spaniards and has no typical tourism business. The 3000sqm garden area (with 2 pools including a children's pool) is beautifully maintained and planted with palm trees and flower beds. Loving details such as fountains and Andalusian architecture complete the picture in this facility, which is not open to the public. Loungers and umbrellas are available for everyone in the garden.
A car is not necessary as there is a bus stop directly (approx. 100 meters) from the system. From there you can go directly to the center of Marbella. In the high season, the bus is even preferable because it is more difficult to find a parking space in the old town. The beach is about 1.5 kilometers away, but the way back is uphill. Otherwise, a car would be helpful for shopping and if you want to explore the area (Ronda, Casares, Tarifa, Gibraltar etc.).

Great apartment complex

Nicely appointed apartment, comfortable size for 4 people. Found it clean and as expected. Owner responsive to emails during stay. Grounds of complex were well taken care of and pool was a lovely treat, however had to drive everywhere as we were quite a distance from shopping, restaurants and ocean. Enjoyed the secured access. Fairly central location for visiting area - Tangiers, Gibraltar and Costa del sol hill towns. Although we visited Seville a couple of times, it was a 2-3 hour drive each way which made it a long long day. Granada was a 3-4 hour drive as well.

L'appartement est vraiment grand, et bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison. Les 2 chambres sont très grandes, ainsi que les salles de bains. La terrasse donne sur un espace vert où se trouve en contrebas les 2 piscines qui ont beaucoup plû à nos 2 enfants. Il y a même balançoire et toboggan dans la résidence. L'appartement se situe non loin du vieux Marbella qui est magnifique. N'hésitez pas à louer un vélo pour vous balader sur le front de mer qui est très large et très long. Nous avons adoré nos vacances à Marbella ! Merci à Jasmin pour son logement qui est vraiment idéal.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr netten, gepflegten, spanischen Urbanisación. Sie ist groß, die Westterrasse auch. Hier kann man die Abendsonne genießen und bis in die Nacht draußen sitzen. Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, z.B. mit allen nur erdenklichen Küchengeräten. Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub 2013 mit 2 Erwachsenen & 2 Kindern in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht und waren wirklich begeistert. Wie beschrieben, ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig, allerbestens und komplett ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten, schönen Anlage. Den tollen Pool haben die Kinder intensiv genutzt. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den wir auch empfehlen würden. So waren wir flexibel, am Tag sind wir an verschiedene Strände gefahren und am Abend waren wir oft in der schönen Altstadt von Marbella. Diese Wohnung können wir nur jedem ans Herz legen, wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht!

Dies war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube überhaupt und wir werden garantiert wiederkommen. Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Ausstattung, es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Wir haben bis in die Nacht auf der großen Terrasse gesessen und das tolle Wetter genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nicht mal unsere Katzen brauchten wir zu vermissen, hatten wir dort doch auch eine. Es stimmte einfach alles und wir möchten uns nochmals herzlich bedanken, dass alles so reibungslos funktioniert hat.

Zum ersten Mal haben meine Frau und ich unseren Wunsch umgesetzt, den Winter im Süden zu verkürzen und haben uns für die Ferienwohnung AZAHAR entschieden. Wir haben eine sehr geräumige, sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung in einer ruhigen kleineren Wohnanlage vorgefunden, in der wir uns äußerst wohl gefühlt haben. Den Traum von ewigem Sonnenschein haben wir recht schnell aufgeben müssen, als uns der März mit drei durchgehenden Regentagen begrüßte, für die wir allerdings "Petrus" verantwortlich gemacht haben, nicht unsere Vermieterin! Nach den ersten Regentagen besserte sich das Wetter, wir nutzten die Zeit zu herrlichen Strandspaziergängen und über die wunderschöne Promenade in Marbella. Fahrten in die Umgebung, die dank der nahen Autobahnanschlüsse und des gut ausgebauten Strassennetzes völlig problemlos waren, führten uns nach Ronda, Casares, Tarifa, Gibraltar, Malaga, Estepona und Mijas und zu anderen "weißen Dörfern" Andalusiens. Von den Ausflügen zurück gekehrt fühlten wir uns dann in der AZAHAR immer wieder "Zu Hause". Ein Auto ist u.E. absolut notwendig, für die vielen Ausflugsziele und für das Einkaufen im Supermarkt. Die Buslinie 7 erleichtert den Weg nach Marbella sehr, meistens sind wir die ca. 25 Minuten zum Strand zu Fuß gegangen, über die Promenade in die Stadt spaziert und dann mit dem Bus zurück gefahren. Der Dobermann in der Wohnung über der "unseren" hat sich recht schnell an uns gewöhnt - und wir an ihn - und "begrüßte" uns im Laufe der Zeit immer seltener. Fazit: Wir können von einer gelungen Teil-Überwinterung in der Ferienwohnug AZAHAR berichten und können sie Nachahmern sehr empfehlen.

Wir können diese in ruhiger Lage gelegene Wohnung, wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Uns fehlte es einfach an nichts. Schön gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben eigentlich nichts negatives über die Wohnung zu sagen. Ein kleiner Punkt hat uns ein wenig gestört, das es im Kinderpool keine Treppe zum reinlaufen gibt. Fanden wir etwas unpraktisch für die kleinen. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Wohnung endspricht den Bildern zu 100%. Auch die Lage endspricht der Beschreibung. Der Strand ist zu fuß auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend gab uns auch Insider Tipps wie Bolonia in Tarifa wunderschöner Strand. Ein Mietauto ist hier Pflicht, wenn man mehrere Ausflüge wie wir das gemacht haben planen will. Das Highlight in Unserem Urlaub war die Wahle Wachting Tour, mit der schweizer Stiftung Firmm in Tarifa. Das war einfach ein wunderschönes Erlebnis diese schönen Tiere in freier Natur zu sehen. Wir waren in Granada, Alhambra besucht,Nerja und natürlich die weißen Dörfer wie Frigliana,Mijas,Casares usw. An die Vermieterin herzlichen Dank das wir unseren Urlaub in Ihrer schönen Wohnung verbringen durften. Fa. Kalinger

Wir haben hier zwei wirklich erholsame Urlaubswochen verbracht. Dass selbst die Buchung der Sonne und des blauen Himmels so gut geklappt hat, ist vielleicht nicht Verdienst des Vermieters ;-), alle anderen Annehmlichkeiten seien aber an dieser Stelle gelobt: die Wohnung war wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Nicht dass übliche zusammengewürfelte, nicht zusammenpassende Geschirr, sondern wirklich mehr als komplett. Toll waren auch die Spieleauswahl und die Luftmatratzen. Es gab genug Handtücher, die "Bibliothek" war gut bestückt, TV mit allen erdenklichen Sendern perfekt, die Anlage war exzellent gepflegt, die Pools großzügig und das Angebot an Liegen immer ausreichend. Wie schon oft hier beschreiben, wird dieses Domizil wohl hauptsächlich von Spaniern bewohnt, insofern war es für unsere Kinder nicht unbedingt leicht, Anschluß zu finden. Das aber nur als (eigentlich überflüssiger) Vermerk. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war bereits im Vorfeld sehr nett. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, der Hausmeister hat uns wie versprochen in Empfang genommen und auch die Schlüsselübergabe am Ende der Reise übernommen. PERFEKT. Vielen Dank für alles! Wie es die anderen Bewertungen schon zum Ausdruck brachten, können auch wir (Familie mit zwei Teenagern) nur positiv über die Wohnung und die Ferienanlage berichten.Die Angaben der Vermieterin können von uns in jeder Hinsicht bestätigt werden. Die Wohung ist sehr großzügig, reichhaltig und liebevoll ausgestattet (es fehlte wirklich nichts), top klimatisierbar - selbst im August haben wir uns in den Nächten prächtig erholt - , sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Die Betreuung vor Ort (Hausmeisterservice) war erstklassig. Die Gartenanlage mit dem schönen Pool ist bestens gepfegt und selbst in der Hochsaison ruhig. Wir haben zu jeder Zeit z.B. immer Liegen bekommen. Die Ausicht auf den Berg (wie auf den Fotos ja gut zu sehen ist) ist grandios und wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Bei der Lage der Wohnanlage kann man jedoch auf ein Auto eigentlich nicht verzichten. Mit Mietwagen liegt die Anlage aber optimal -ruhig aber alles Wichtige gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wir möchten unnötige Wiederholungen vermeiden und können daher nur die anderen positiven Bewertungen vollständig bestätigen.Insbesondere der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war überaus freundlich, persönlich und die Abwicklung hat von Anfang an reibungslos funktioniert.Dies wünschte man sich für jede Urlaubsreservierung. Was uns insbesondere in der Anlage und der Ummgebung gefallen hat: - das morgentliche Joggen auf der Standpromenade direkt an der "Golden Mile" - das große Einkaufscentrum "La Canada" (Kinder waren begeister) - Internet in der Wohnung über Stick (jedoch begrenztes Datenvolumen - dadurch später sehr langsam) - das abendliche Marbella (besonders die Altstadt und die Promenade) - Puerto Banus in der Nähe - der herrlich lange Strand von Costa Bella (ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt, aber echt lohnenswert) - die wunderschöne, große Terrasse mit prima Sonnenschutz (haben dort so manch schönen Abend mit einem Fläschchen Rotwein verbracht) - die super Betten (wie man sich bettet, so schläf man :)) - die Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Marbella,Malaga,Mijas, Ronda, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus und und und...) Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten und können sie vorbehaltlos empfehlen !!

Ideal für Familien

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage (Auto empfohlen; zu Fuß ca. 20 Min. zum Strand bzw. weitere ca. 30...40 Min. am Strand entlang ins Zentrum von Marbella). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (per Auto in wenigen Min. erreichbar). Komplett eingerichtete Küche (Backofen und Ceran-Kochfeld sind gerade neu eingebaut worden). Alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Nur zu empfehlen. Wir (2 Erw. & 2 Kinder, 9 & 12 J.) waren zwei Wochen vor Ort, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Ferienwohnung in Nagüeles haben wir mit dem Mietwagen u.a. Ausflüge nach Puerto Banus (~10 Min.), Malaga (~60 Min.), Mijas (~30 Min.), Ronda (~50 Min.) und Gibraltar (~75 Min.) unternommen, d.h. die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man in der Anlage am Pool gut relaxen, da hier nicht der übliche Touristen-Trubel vorhanden ist (die Anlage ist überwiegend von Einheimischen bewohnt), was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben.

Wir sind mit unserer 15 jährigen Tochter nach Andalusien gereist um diese "Ecke" auch mal kennenzulernen. Im Herbst Temperaturen um 27 Grad, optimal für Ausflüge. Auto unbedingt mieten! Bei der Anreise sind wir in der super gepflegten Appartmentanlage gleich freundlich empfangen worden, mit kurzen Erklärungen und Rundgang. Alles absolut schön. Das App. ist sehr ordentlich und harmonisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts! (wie vom Vermieter beschrieben) Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön, alles vor Ort! Tipp, wer im Urlaub nicht auf Internet verzichten kann, wie unsere Tochter ;-), sollte gleich bei Buchung den USB-Stick mieten. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen, da kein Touristentrubel in der Wohnanlage. Sehenswert: Gibraltar, Ronda, Tarifa, Conil, Puerto Banus...

Wir haben lange gesucht bis mir für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Babys eine passende Wohnung in Marbella gefunden haben. Glücklicherweise sind wir dann auf diese perfekt passende Wohnung in einer überwiegend von Spaniern bewohnten Wohnanlage gestoßen. Durch das großzügige Platzangebot und die zwei Bäder hängt man nicht zu sehr aufeinander, sogar zwei Babybetten passen bequem in die Zimmer rein. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt reichlich Geschirr und Gläser, die Anzahl der Küchengeräte ist größer als in unserer eigenen Küche. Sogar spezielles Microwellengeschirr ist vorhanden. Gerade für Familien mit Kindern ist die sehr ruhige und gepflegte Anlage durch die Nähe zum Pool genau das Richtige. Es stehen feste Sonnenschirme und Liegen direkt vor der Terrasse zur Verfügung. Wenn man gerne an den Strand geht, so hat man zwei Alternativen: Entweder direkt in Marbella, wo man Liegen und Schirme gegen Gebühr bekommen kann. Oder etwas weiter an der Bundesstraße Richtung Malaga, hier gibt es lange Abschnitte ohne Liegen, dafür ist der Strand aber schön breit und es gibt Dünen (Googel maps: 36.502547,-4.838641) oder näher an der Stadt (36.507722,-4.865302). Auf jeden Fall sollte man hier einen Mietwagen haben, oder sehr gut zu Fuß sein, denn die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind ein ganzes Stück entfernt und zudem ist der Weg zurück ziemlich steil. Außerdem gibt es in der näheren Umgebung (viele Ziele für die ein Wagen ganz bequem ist (z.b. Ronda, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, Nerja, uvm.) Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir sind sowohl mit der Wohnung, als auch mit der freundlichen Betreuung vor Ort sehr zufrieden. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt und wir sind übrrascht gewesen, wie gut die Wohnung ausgestattet ist. Gerne wieder
