O apto está muito bem localizado. Um apto bem bacana e dentro do que esperávamos. Apenas algumas ressalvas .. Acho q a parte da louça deixa um pouco a desejar. Não tem uma faca maior para cortar carne e as louças são bem no limite. Acho isso desnecessário. Não pense em ir para lá e fazee um churrasco....cobram 500,00 o aluguel da churrasqueira o que achei um valor exagerado. De resto tudo ok.
