L'appartement correspond à la description. Pièces spacieuses, lumineuses. Cuisine bien équipée. Deux salles de bain appréciables. Une belle et grande terrasse donnant sur une vue magnifique sur la piscine et les canaux.Le jardin ombragé est un plus. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. Dommage que l'appartement soit au troisième et dernier étage sans ascensseur. La climatisation serait nécessaire

Schöne, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Dachterrasse mit sehr viel Platz und schöner Aussicht auf den See. Morgens im Schatten, schön zu frühstücken, Abends in der Sonne, keine Markise vorhanden. Küche ausreichend, allerdings zum Kochen zu wenig Schüsseln bzw. Sieb und Kochlöffel. Sollte mal wieder aktualisiert werden. Parkplatz vorhanden allerdings etwas eng für größere Fahrzeuge und durch Wildparker teilweise schwer zugängig. Gerne wieder.

Het appartement is ruim, wel verouderd. Zeer groot terras. Het is wel op de 3de verdiep. Het was wel niet proper toen we aankwamen. We hebben eerst moeten poetsen. En op de muren staan bruine vegen van dood geklopte muggen.
