About this house rental

Chalet (2006), private, porch and swimming pool. 725m2 property, located in the valley of La Drova, in the village of Barx. 12 km from Gandia and near the beach. Very good highway. Valencia is a one hour drive away. Approximately 65 km. La Drova it is a privileged spot in the mountains, but very close to Gandia and to the beach. The chalet is in a residential zone 3 minutes away from the village of Barx.
Barx has 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, 3 butcher's shops, 1 drugstore, 1 Bank, several bars and good restaurants. Quiet location, especially suitable for families.

We stayed at Maripaz's lovely home over 6 weeks during April and May 2024. Everything was to our satisfaction and and more. Good Wi-Fi enableness to work each day. It is a nice cooler environment than down the mountain in Gandia but close enough to have access to all of Gandia restaurants, gyms and amenities. The host could not have been more helpful. We would repeat without question.
