Chalet (2006), private, porch and swimming pool. 725m2 property, located in the valley of La Drova, in the village of Barx. 12 km from Gandia and near the beach. Very good highway. Valencia is a one hour drive away. Approximately 65 km. La Drova it is a privileged spot in the mountains, but very close to Gandia and to the beach. The chalet is in a residential zone 3 minutes away from the village of Barx.
Barx has 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, 3 butcher's shops, 1 drugstore, 1 Bank, several bars and good restaurants. Quiet location, especially suitable for families.

We stayed at Maripaz's lovely home over 6 weeks during April and May 2024. Everything was to our satisfaction and and more. Good Wi-Fi enableness to work each day. It is a nice cooler environment than down the mountain in Gandia but close enough to have access to all of Gandia restaurants, gyms and amenities. The host could not have been more helpful. We would repeat without question.

Loved this place

The villa was perfect and very well equipped. The pool was ideal for our kids to enjoy as was the gardens. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. The owners were very helpfull with advise. The surrounding area is stunning with fantastic views. The local towns have plenty of shops and things to do near the beach. We had a day trip to Valencia, which was a great city to explore. We would definitely love to visit again one day.

Desde el primer momento la comunicación tanto con Salvador primero como con José después estupenda, estupendos anfitriones. De la casa poco que decir, fantástica! Mejor que en las fotos. El entorno tranquilo y relajante. Los niños han disfrutado de la piscina a tope y los adultos de la paz y la tranquilidad del lugar. Un sitio para desconectar.

Hemos estado alojados en esta casa y ha resultado todo perfecto. Los niños han disfrutado mucho con la piscina. Los propietarios son muy atentos y amables. La casa es perfecta, pudiendo disfrutar de su gran terraza así como de sus vistas. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que hay playas cercanas y con poca gente. Un acierto el haberla elegido para pasar unos días de descanso.

Si lo que buscáis es tranquilidad, descanso y desconexión, ni lo dudes, el sitio es ideal. La casa cumple con creces lo que pone la descripción, es aún mejor que en las fotos. Tiene todo tipo de detalles que podáis pensar. Cocina super equipada, casa amplia, limpia, con un jardín super cuidada y para rematar una piscina de lujo. Todo ello envuelto en un entorno espectacular. Tenéis playas a escasos 20'. No lo dudes, estaréis de lujo. Ojalá podamos volver otro año, tanto José cómo Mari Paz encantadores, empaticos y disponibles, aunque no necesitamos llamarlos, porque fue todo de 10. Un saludo.

Casa acogedora en un enclave muy bonito

La casa es muy práctica, tiene todas las comodidades, muy limpia y espaciosa. Los propietarios nos acogieron muy bien, y nos dieron su disponibilidad durante l estancia, aunque no nos hizo falta contactar con ellos. Las fotos muestran la casa tal y como es, incluso mejora cuando estás allí, sobre todo las vistas a la montaña. Puedes hacer rutas desde la casa sin coger coche, y la playa la tienes a 20 minutos.

Nous avons passés 15 jrs de vacances formidable . Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La villa est spacieuse , chacun son espace , propre , moderne. La vue sur les montagnes, la piscine, le petit village tout était parfait . Le propriétaire est un homme charmant au petit soin de ces locataires . Il est disponible et ouvert , parle très bien le français . Vous pouvez partir tranquille dans cette location vous serez bien accueilli , vous passerez de bons moments car la villa est vraiment superbe et bien équipée . Magali

Le lieu , le cadre , la vue sur les montagnes tout étaient parfait ! Le petit village et les gens sont sympathiques . Nous étions 4 enfants et 4 adultes chacun son espace , la villa est spacieuse , très propre, moderne , tout confort et la piscine est assez grande ... Nous avons passés 15 jours dans une villa somptueuse . Le propriétaire est un homme charmant , disponible, a l écoute et en français on le comprend très bien . Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire De l eau et des jus de fruit étaient même au frais pour nous désaltérer , vraiment au petit soin tout le long de notre séjour . Non seulement je recommande la location mais en plus nous aurons le plaisir d'y retourner . Je vous souhaite de passer d aussi bonnes vacances que nous ;-)

La casa es preciosa, con todo lo necesario para una estancia vacacional, piscina privada maravillosa, hamacas, barbacoa, su jardin, etc. Paisaje incleíble, zona tranquila pero con el pueblo a un paso. Playas a 10-15 minutos en coche. Todo fueron facilidades por parte de los propietarios. Nos fuimos encantados todos, niños y mayores, para repetir sin duda."
