About this house rental
You have a beautiful holiday home on a landscaped lot in quiet location for 1-4 people. The separately standing house in the suburbs north of Berlin, is modern and comfortable.

cozy furnishings. Living / dining room. TV, radio. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), kitchen, inter alia, etc. on a stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
The bathroom and with a free standing bath, shower, double washbasin, WC. PP-pool equipped.
The EC has a heated floor, that floor via an electric heating.
No pets, not wheelchair friendly

Various other Chinese Within the neighborhood can be reached on foot.
Pizzeria Valentina: Very good Italian only a commuter rail station or 5 minutes by car.
A lovely beer garden, located directly on the bay lake with German cuisine can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
We highly recommend the cafe Birkenwerder. Here at regular intervals events for music and culture lovers will take place!

The Briesetal is a beautiful conservation area in the immediate vicinity of the property. Plenty of woods and water are ideal for long walks and cycling. This and other tips for trips can be found here.

The owner was very friendly and although our German was limited we were able to understand with a little German and a little English. He met us at the property and showed us everything and explained how everything worked. The house was spacious and had everything you need for a great stay. Thank you.

Schöne und saubere Fewo, gut eingerichtet, moderne Küche, gute Betten, modernes Bad. Man kann sich in diesem modernen Haus durchaus wohlfühlen. Leider gibt es einige Nachteile: Sitzmöbel am Esstisch sind unbequem, Licht im Bad am Spiegel ist zu dunkel. Die Außenanlage ist nicht sehr gepflegt, die Terasse ist nicht sauber und insbesondere die angebotenen Fahrräder und der Spielbereich Kinder können nicht den Erwartungen entsprechen. Zudem entstanden nicht auf den ersten Blick erkennbare hohe Nebenkosten für Strom und Endreinigung.
