About this villa rental
The house is located on the outskirts of the small village, Brščići, in the center of Istria, 10 km south of Svetvinčenat, medieval town, or 18 km north of Pula, the largest town in Istria, surrounded by trees and greenery.
It is a modern house and offers guests maximum comfort. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, with TV, air conditioning and bathroom, also with access to a beautiful terrace with high quality garden furniture. One room has an extra bed for one person. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room (sofa bed for 2 people), toilet, dining room and kitchen with access to the terrace, where there is a barbecue area.
Particular attention was paid to the garden and the Mediterranean plants.
Equipment 2020 .:
Bottle of mineral water on arrival. Olive oil tasting and wine tasting. You will receive a bottle of olive oil (0.25 l) and a fig cheese on your departure.
You can have fun in the playroom or outside with numerous attractions (billiards, darts, table tennis, basketball, badminton, golf, children's slide'a and swings, ...) or jog through the vineyards, olive groves and forests (length 1,700 m - private lane) .... also by bike ... and then, refresh yourself in the pool, which measures 36sqm ... the sea can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.
Either you enjoy your rest or prepare a dinner with us. We are happy to drink a bottle of wine from our exclusive wine cellar with you.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage an Lavendel- und Olivenbaum-Plantagen. Der großzügige Pool gibt die notwendige Erfrischung an heißen Sommertagen. An Ausstattung ist dem Haus nichts hinzuzufügen - hier findet man alles, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Auch für die notwendige Abwechslung ist bei Tischtennis, Baskelball, Fußball etc. gesorgt. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist in ca 10min mit dem Auto erreichbar - ein „Dorfladen“ sogar in 2min.
Ein wunderbarer Urlaub - wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen für 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Schon der Check-in war sehr angenehm, da wir 2 Stunden eher als geplant ins Haus konnten. Wir wurden durch die Vermieter super nett empfangen. Es standen kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Olivenöl, Duftöl und Käse für uns bereit. Wir haben den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Mutzen, das Olivenöl und der Kirschschnaps waren großartig!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung, tolle Außenanlage mit schönen Pool, alles wie beschrieben, alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Nette Gastgeber. Wir würden hier unseren Urlaub wieder verbringen.

Wunderschönes Haus, hat wirklich alles was wir uns gewünscht haben. Pool, Garten, Spirt- und Spielmöglichkeiten. Alles in einem hervorragenden Zustand und äußerst einladend. Auch an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Die Vermieter bereiteten uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang und Abschied, sie wären jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen (wenn wir sie gebraucht hätten). Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche zu fünft ( 3 Kinder: 12-17 Jahre). Äußerst emofehlenswerte Znterkunft!!
