About this apartment rental
Welcome to Barcelona with me, at this beachfront luxury apartment, with wifi, AC, secure parking, best appliances, in a top neighborhood with best public transport, and besides the beach, restaurants, shopping mall and children playgrounds (one in the same building shared garden) next to it!
I think I provide the best welcoming and checkin process in the city:
I will be waiting for you personally at your arrival, explain you the neighborhood like nobody else, then show you the apartment in detail, and finally the best: an explanation on the city highlights, tips, and even routes (previously prepared with google maps) through all the areas, which I will send you through message so you can discover all the hidden gems like a local, adapted to the number of days you stay!!!.
To start with upon arrival, I will explain you all the basic details about the neighborhood such as close by supermarkets, restaurants, how public transport works, how to manage rubbish, etc.
After this introduction, we will go upstairs and I will show you and explain you the apartment, and you will see what stocks the apartment, as my wecome pack is unique:
-Kitchen, welcome pack with fruit, juice, milk, water bottels (although you can drink tap water), a bottle of nice wine, coffee (nespresso), sugar, some muffins, butter and jam... and will explain you washing machine, (you have soap and softner), dryer, dishwasher (there are detergent capsules also), toaster juicer, kettle, everything top quality.
-Bathroom: also of course shower gel, shampoo, sponge, bar soap, toothpaste, and will show you the hairdryer, first aid and sewing kits.
-Heating system, and AC system
-Wifi and TV with international channels
-Terrace
-Towels, beach towels, beach umbrellas, umbrellas, etc
And after this explanation on neighborhood and apartment, we will sit (unless you are too tired) and I will explain you the city attractions, options of what to visit adapted to the numbers of days you stay, including sending you Google Maps routes and directions to my previous suggestions!!!.
This takes a while, but how you will take the most of your stay is absolutely different with me, and that is why I have the best reviews in Barcelona.
And last, I will tell you maybe the most important thing of them all:
During your stay at my apartment, I feel responsible of you.
And I don't mean in case anything was wrong inside the apartment, which of course would be taken care of instantly if you told me, I mean you can send me a message if you have any doubts during your stay, or call me if you have an emergency.
I am available 24/7 with my mobile next to me. In the event that someone felt ill, i.e., you could call me and I would come and support you.
So it is better than staying with family in fact, as it is my duty to make your stay perfect!!
You will have the perfect holiday in this luxury apartment, in the Beach Center area, just in front of beach and bus station, 50 meters from hop on tourist bus, and near ( 3 blocks, a 7 minutes walk) from underground.
I also will get in touch during your stay, to check everything is perfect!!

This is the best option in quality, location and communications, including best transport and beach, and amazing service which will make you feel like an expert and have the tools to take the most of your stay, and families with children will get the best advices on what to do to make also the little one's stay perfect!!

Complete kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, independent dryer, toaster, juicer, kettle/boiler, microwave, oven, iron and board. Everything is top-branded and made in aluminium.

The building has also an elevator that comunicates the street and the garden with children playground with both the apartment and the parking, with a parking spot exclusive for your car.

We loved everything about this stay! The hosts were lovely and even left us essentials in the fridge for our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood block & located close to quick places to grab food, get to the train, or enjoy the beach.
Our check-in was with a host that was Spanish-speaking only but we figured it out and communication through the VRBO was excellent!
Thank you for lovely Barcelona memories!! We hope to be back soon!

We booked this apartment because of the location, images and the reviews. When we reached the apartment David was already there he is very friendly and made us feel welcome. David spent some time with us showing us around his immaculate apartment. David provides everything more then you would think. The kitchen had a bowl of fruit, milk, water, juice and he also bought some prepared food from a local delicatessen as we have young children. The location is great beach close by, grocery shops, Selva de mar metro, nice walks and also great sleep in the night! We felt just at home and the kids loved their stay too! Thank you for all your help David!

FANTASTIC!! David is a wonderful host. We have rented many places and I must say David is one of the best host ever. You will become friends. The description is accurate, in every detail. David has a book that is complete with maps, tours, restaurant guides, phone numbers for everything, he is very organized. The apartment location is perfect, a very nice, clean, safe and quiet area. We walked a lot and never felt uncomfortable. The location is so great, just minutes to everything you need and the bus, tram and MRT are a 3 to 5 minute walk. We purchased passes for 10 euro which cover all three. It makes it so easy to get around and everything is in English. The apartment is complete with upscale beautiful appliances, even an expresso machine, and a regular coffee maker. A nice surprise was the stocked kitchen, wine, coffee, teas, milk, juice, fruits, cheese and crackers. This was so nice as we were able to settle in and not run to the store. The bathroom has a great shower and is stocked with all the items you need hairdryer, shampoo, soaps and toothpaste. The bed is very comfortable. Perfect location, so easy to get around and the beach is so close and a great place to walk. The area has many nice restaurants, bakeries and little coffee bars, close by is the Culinary School, it's a great place for lunch or dinner and a great deal.
You will love it here. We loved our 3 week stay and will come back.Thank You David for taking such good care of us.

This apartment is located in the new Barcelona area, a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants and the metro-we especially liked the restaurant across the street.The abode is on the second floor of apartment building with an excellent elevator; this two bedroom with bath apartment is air conditioned with WIFI; it features a kitchen with all new appliances,a living room with two sofas and a new television; there is also a balcony overlooking a park area.David was very helpful in our two week sojourn pointing out places to visit and where to dine.All in all,we highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Barcelona
